ECM TRANSPORT LAUNCHES NEW WEBSITE

New Kensington, PA (August 10th 2009) ECM TRANSPORT launched a new website for its truckload customers on August 7, 2009.

The new website features a customer resources tab which allows customers to print and file a claims form as well as a credit application. Also under this tab, customers will be able to request a rate quote online.

Tracking and tracing truckload shipments will also be available on the new site along with viewing document images. All of these new website features give ECM customers the capability to submit and obtain important shipping information easily and efficiently.

ECM TRANSPORT’s Executive Vice-President, Chip Boone states, “This new website is just one of the means ECM TRANSPORT is taking to provide more value to our customers.”
